This site is a log of my work in VHDL, C, bare-metal engineering, and systems architecture.

When my task is a specific abstraction layer, I make that layer myself. I do not use a library for it. I made a CPU from NAND gates. I made a WAV file one byte at a time. I made the coreutils from an empty file.

I use the same rule for infrastructure. I self-host the critical services, because I do not want a small number of companies in control of them.

Missions are the case studies. Each one gives the architecture, the limits, and the compromises. Telemetry is the log of the daily work.
